A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Cardinal Stritch Cardinals take on the Liberty Center Tigers at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday... Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Cardinal Stritch is coming into the matchup on the come-up as their season has now been buoyed by two straight victories. They came out on top against Northwood by a score of 38-31 on Thursday.

Cardinal Stritch can attribute much of their success to Sydney Miller, who posted ten points. Miller is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last three games she's played. Amaya Hill was another key player, putting up four points along with seven boards and four blocks.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Liberty Center). They took their contest on Thursday with ease, bagging a 60-19 win over Swanton. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Tigers have posted since January 5, 2024.

Liberty Center's win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 7-7. As for Cardinal Stritch, their victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-9.
