Arbor View had already won 13 in a row and they went ahead and made it 14 on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Centennial Bulldogs by a score of 3-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-2 back in September.

Arbor View walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). The match finished with set scores of 25-8, 29-27, 18-25, 25-22.

Tamara Vai Unga paced Arbor View's offense, picking up 20 kills. Unga got some help from Alexxa Chan and her 42 assists. Cori Leavitt controlled things from the service line, finishing with ten aces.

Centennial's loss came despite strong showings from Dalilah Carvajal and Hazel Jauregui. Carvajal had nine digs and four aces, while Jauregui had 22 digs. Carvajal has been hot for a while, having also posted 12 or more assists the last 12 times she's played.

Arbor View's victory bumped their record up to 29-6. As for Centennial, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 20-16.

The two teams are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. Arbor View will be playing at home against Foothill at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Centennial, they will head out to face off against Bishop Gorman at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
