Soccer Recap: Liberty North Takes a Loss

Liberty North entered their game against Lee's Summit West on Tuesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Eagles took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Titans. Considering the last time Liberty North couldn't score was back in March, the team can't take the result too hard.

This is the second loss in a row for Liberty North and nudges their season record down to 12-4. As for Lee's Summit West, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-5.

Looking ahead, Liberty North will venture away from home to take on Staley at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lee's Summit West, they will challenge Raymore-Peculiar at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Lee's Summit West are facing Raymore-Peculiar at the right time seeing as Raymore-Peculiar are stuck on a 17-game losing streak.
