Handley posted their biggest victory since December 2, 2024 on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Wadley Bulldogs with a sharp 51-27 win. That's more bragging rights for the Tigers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

A'Mya Brown and Bentley Mulkey certainly did their best on Thursday to avoid the loss. Brown almost dropped a double-double on 11 points and nine rebounds, while Mulkey posted 12 points.

The victory made it two in a row for Handley and bumps their season record up to 7-11. As for Wadley, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-7.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Handley will head out to challenge Randolph County at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wadley, they are taking a road trip to square off against Notasulga at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
