Volleyball Recap: Modoc Comes Up Short + How To Watch

If Modoc was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Fall River on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Braves lost 3-0 to the Trinity Wolves on Wednesday. The Braves were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Wolves earlier this season, when they won 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-21, 25-15.

Katie Erquiaga paced Modoc's offense, picking up seven kills. Erquiaga got some help from Allie Weber and her 16 assists. Erquiaga was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Modoc's defeat dropped their record down to 12-12-2. As for Trinity, they pushed their record up to 17-11 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home.

Looking ahead, Modoc will take on Hamilton at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Trinity, they have already played their next match, a 3-1 loss against Etna on the 23rd.
