Softball Recap: Haynesville Comes Up Short

Haynesville fell victim to Oak Grove and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They came up short against the Tigers, falling 15-0. Having soared to a lofty 18 runs in the game before, the Golden Tornado's shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Haynesville has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-7 record this season. As for Oak Grove, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 15-8.

While Haynesville had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled on Wednesday.
