Basketball Game Preview: Oxon Hill Clippers vs. College Park Academy

The Oxon Hill Clippers and College Park Academy will face off at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday without much rest having both just played. The timing is sure in Oxon Hill's favor as the squad sits on 17 straight wins at home (dating back to last season) while College Park Academy has been banged up by seven consecutive losses on the road also dating back to last season.

Oxon Hill will head into Monday's contest hoping to keep the good times rolling: they proved they can win big on Thursday (they won by 29) and on Monday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past Largo 54-51.

Meanwhile, College Park Academy came up short against Friendly on Monday and fell 48-41.

Oxon Hill is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.2 points per game. As for College Park Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 2-10.
