Football Recap: Belleview Christian Bruins vs. South Park Burros

Belleview Christian was the 21-16 winner over South Park when they last played one another back in September of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Belleview Christian Bruins fell to the South Park Burros 34-28. The Bruins have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Despite the loss, Belleview Christian had strong showings from Matthew Simonds, who picked up 152 receiving yards and four touchdowns, and Kyle Polson, who threw for 173 yards and four touchdowns. As for South Park, they will head out on the road to challenge Byers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Byers knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 31 points or more in their past four matchups -- so hopefully South Park likes a good challenge.
