Volleyball Recap: Bloom Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Bloom was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Kankakee Kays. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Kays this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in September.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-19.

Bloom's defeat dropped their record down to 7-19. As for Kankakee, they have been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-8 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Bloom will challenge rival Crete-Monee at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Kankakee is set to face off against their familiar foe Thornwood at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
