Manila had already won 13 in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 32.1 points) and they went ahead and made it 14 on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Rivercrest Colts as they made off with a 73-51 win. The Lions have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 17 contests by 20 points or more this season.

When it comes to explaining why Rivercrest lost, don't look at Destiny Burks. Despite the final result, she went 7-for-16 on her way to 20 points. Burks is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in each of the last 18 games she's played. Randashia Booker was another key player, putting up eight points and six assists.

Manila's victory bumped their record up to 25-5. As for Rivercrest, their loss dropped their record down to 18-11.
