Soccer Recap: Evergreen Park Comes Up Short

Evergreen Park was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 8-1 to the Blue Island Eisenhower Cardinals. While losing is never fun, Evergreen Park can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois soccer rankings (they are ranked 395th, while Blue Island Eisenhower are ranked 136th).

Evergreen Park's record is now 2-11-1. As for Blue Island Eisenhower, they moved to 8-6 with that victory, which also ended their four-match losing streak.
