Gibson Southern had won two straight road games and Paige Schnaus did her part to make it three on Tuesday. The Titans blew past the Evansville Memorial Tigers 70-27 with plenty of help from Schnaus, who dropped a double-double with 21 points and 11 boards. The contest was her fifth in a row with at least 18 points.

Molly Spindler was another key player, putting up nine points. She also posted a block, marking her first of the season.

Gibson Southern's victory bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Evansville Memorial, they are on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.

Coming up, Gibson Southern is taking a road trip to take on Evansville North at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Evansville Memorial, they will challenge Evansville Bosse at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Tigers will be up against the Bulldogs' rather soft defense (which has allowed 57 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
