Basketball Recap: Randolph Triumphs

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Greenwood, Randolph was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They walked away with a 55-45 win over the King Mustangs.

King lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Gianna Blanco, who posted 13 points and three steals. Kamila Hernandez was another key player, going 6 of 15 on her way to 14 points along with seven boards and five assists.

Randolph's victory bumped their record up to 4-6. As for King, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-13 record this season.

Randolph didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 34-29 win against Gloria Deo Academy on the 7th. As for King, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 69-17 victory against Lockhart on the 7th.
