It's playoff time, and East Bladen had no trouble coming through when it counted. They claimed a resounding 74-19 victory over the Northwest Halifax Vikings. The Eagles' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

NeNe Ward was her usual excellent self, en route to 24 points and six steals. She has been hot for a while, having posted four or more steals the last 14 times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Laila Smith, who to rack up 15 points in addition to seven rebounds and four steals.

East Bladen smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 26 offensive rebounds. That's the most offensive boards they've managed all season.

East Bladen has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 14 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-3 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 40.5 points. This is the second loss in a row for Northwest Halifax and nudges their season record down to 11-13.
