Louisville has gone 7-1 against Houston recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Louisville Wildcats will be home for the holidays to greet the Houston Hilltoppers at 6:00 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Last Tuesday, Louisville blew past West Lauderdale, posting a 67-39 victory. Given the Wildcats' advantage in MaxPreps' Mississippi basketball rankings (they are ranked 40th, while the Knights are ranked 156th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Houston had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 41 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They blew past the Wildcats 63-25.

Louisville is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.4 points per game. As for Houston, their win bumped their record up to 9-4.

Everything went Louisville's way against Houston in their previous matchup back in January, as Louisville made off with a 59-39 victory. Does Louisville have another victory up their sleeve, or will Houston turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
