On Thursday, Gabrielino got the W thanks in part to Kimiko Nagata playing the best basketball she has all season. Nagata posted ten points and four steals. The performance marked the most steals she has had since back in December of 2024. She continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played.

Looking ahead, Nagata and Gabrielino will take on Workman at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. Nagata will face off against Hilary Lomeli, the Lobos' star point guard.
