While Manteca's victory against Hilmar wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Buffaloes sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over the Yellowjackets on Saturday.

Manteca's victory bumped their record up to 10-7. As for Hilmar, their loss dropped their record down to 18-12.

Coming up, Manteca will square off against Central Catholic at 6:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Hilmar, they will challenge Granite Bay at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
