Morris has gone a perfect 4-0 against Serena recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Warriors will look to defend their home field against the Huskers at 4:30 p.m. Morris is coming into the contest hot, having won their last four games.

Nine must be Morris' lucky number: they beat Mt. Zion with that score not once but twice on Saturday. The Warriors put the hurt on the Braves with a sharp 9-3 victory. Considering the Warriors have won 16 games by more than five runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Mylie Hughes made a splash while hitting and pitching. She tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Hughes was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-4 with one home run.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Halie Olson, who went 2-for-3 with one home run, four runs, and one double. That's the most runs she has posted since back in April. Cami Pfeifer was another key player, going 2-for-3 with three RBI and two runs.

Morris kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 13 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least eight hits in four consecutive matchups.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 18 runs the game before, Serena was a bit more limited in their contest on Tuesday. They fell just short of Hall by a score of 4-2. The Huskers' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Morris' win bumped their record up to 23-6. As for Serena, their loss dropped their record down to 11-8.

Everything went Morris' way against Serena when the teams last played back in April of 2025, as Morris made off with a 10-0 victory. Do the Warriors have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Huskers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
