Volleyball Recap: New Bloomfield Takes a Loss

New Bloomfield lost against Fulton back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Wildcats took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hornets.

The final score came out to 25-10, 25-11.

Fulton found their leader in sophomore Bre Knighten, who had seven kills, two aces, and one block. Knighten has been hot for a while, having posted six or more kills the last 13 times she's played.

New Bloomfield's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Fulton, they pushed their record up to 7-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home.

Coming up, New Bloomfield will venture away from home to face off against Centralia at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Fulton, they have already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Fatima on the 13th.
