Basketball Recap: Jefferson Forest's Loss Ends Six-Game Winning Streak at Home

Jefferson Forest lost against Rustburg back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Jefferson Forest Cavaliers fell 65-53 to the Rustburg Red Devils. The Cavaliers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Jefferson Forest's loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 2-3. As for Rustburg, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

Jefferson Forest will be home for the holidays to greet William Byrd at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Rustburg and Northside will round out the year against one another at at 7:45 p.m. on December 26th.
