Soccer Recap: Carter Takes a Loss

Carter managed to slip by Austin-East the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Green Hornets came up short against the Roadrunners on Monday, falling 3-0. Having soared to a lofty nine goals in the game before, Carter's shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Carter's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-7. As for Austin-East, their victory bumped their record up to 4-10.

Carter does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Austin-East, they will head out to square off against Fulton at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
