After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Barbe, Sam Houston was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They took their matchup with ease, bagging a 65-31 win over the Acadiana Rams. The Broncos have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight games by 21 points or more this season.

Despite the loss, Acadiana still got an impressive performance from Essence Green, who posted seven points and 11 boards.

Sam Houston's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-14. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 31.7 points. As for Acadiana, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last eight contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-19 record this season.

Sam Houston wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 39-25 loss against Sulphur on the 31st. Acadiana has also already played their next game, a 47-9 defeat against New Iberia on the 31st.
