Volleyball Recap: Blue Ridge Early College Comes Up Short on the Road Against Robbinsville

Blue Ridge Early College had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They lost 3-0 to the Robbinsville Black Knights on Tuesday. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it ten in a row.

Blue Ridge Early College took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-5, 25-14, 25-15.

Robbinsville has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Blue Ridge Early College didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Murphy on the 14th. As for Robbinsville, they will venture away from home to take on Smoky Mountain at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
