Basketball Recap: Springfield Comes Up Short

Springfield was the 49-44 winner over Ross when they last played one another back in February, but their luck changed this time around. The Springfield Blue Devils took a 55-48 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Ross Little Giants on Friday. The Blue Devils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Springfield now has a losing record at 3-4. As for Ross, the victory got them back to even at 3-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Springfield and Northview will compete for holiday cheer at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. Ross will take on Bellevue in a holiday battle at at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
