Soccer Game Preview: Brewbaker Tech vs. Demopolis

The Brewbaker Tech Rams will head out to face off against the Demopolis Tigers at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Brewbaker Tech is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to six goals on Tuesday, they were much more limited against Marbury on Thursday. They fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 2-1.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Demopolis). They put the hurt on Holt with a sharp 6-1 victory on Friday. While the Tigers didn't have the best season last year (they finished 5-11), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Demopolis' win bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Brewbaker Tech, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Brewbaker Tech took their victory against Demopolis in their previous meeting back in February of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for Brewbaker Tech since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
