Basketball Recap: Polytechnic Triumphs

Polytechnic picked up another tournament win on Thursday. They managed a 39-34 victory over the Santiago Cavaliers. The 39-point effort marked the Panthers' lowest-scoring matchup of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Polytechnic's win bumped their record up to 10-4. As for Santiago, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 12-6 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Polytechnic will head out to square off against Providence at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Santiago, they will venture away from home to challenge Los Amigos at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
