Softball Recap: RHAM Comes Up Short

RHAM managed to slip by Ellington the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Raptors lost 16-0 to the Knights on Thursday. Having soared to a lofty 13 runs in the game before, the Raptors' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

RHAM now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Ellington, the win keeps they at an undefeated 5-0.

Looking ahead, RHAM will host Plainville at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Ellington, they are taking a road trip to take on Hale Ray at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Knights 0, the Noises 2.2) so any runs scored will be well earned.
