Bonneville hadn't beaten Idaho Falls on the road since September 21, 2023 but that history sure didn't bother them on Wednesday. The Bees were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Tigers. This was a revenge game for the Bees: when they faced off against the Tigers two weeks ago, they had to take a 3-0 loss.

While Bonneville might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Idaho Falls scored at least 19 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-23, 25-23.

Shayla Belnap paced Bonneville's offense, picking up 18 kills. Belnap got some help from Cambria Western and her 37 assists. Brystol Hatch controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Idaho Falls' loss came despite strong showings from Addison Bowen and Leah Thomas. Bowen had 18 digs, while Thomas had 12 digs and ten kills. Bowen has been hot for a while, having posted ten or more digs the last 19 times she's played.

Bonneville has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 19-17 record this season. As for Idaho Falls, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 25-11.

Bonneville has already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against Shelley on the 23rd. As for Idaho Falls, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Blackfoot on the 22nd.
