Tecumseh and McLoud are an even 5-5 against one another since March of 2016, but likely not for long. The Savages will host the Redskins at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

Tecumseh is headed into the game having just suffered their closest defeat since March 10th on Tuesday. They fell just short of Seminole by a score of 7-5. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last three times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Caleb Sparks made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for McLoud's offense. They lost 10-0 to Harrah on Friday. Having soared to a lofty 12 runs in the game before, the Redskins' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

The loss snapped McLoud's winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 9-13 record. As for Tecumseh, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-12.

Tecumseh was able to grind out a solid win over McLoud when the teams last played back in March of 2024, winning 8-3. Will the Savages repeat their success, or do the Redskins have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
