Basketball Recap: Solomon Comes Up Short

Solomon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 23rd straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Ell-Saline Cardinals, falling 50-28. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Gorillas of the 40-33 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January of 2025.

Solomon's loss dropped their record down to 0-12. As for Ell-Saline, their victory bumped their record up to 3-9.

Solomon wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 56-19 defeat against Classical on the 23rd. As for Ell-Saline, they have also already played their next matchup, a 61-44 loss against Elyria Christian on the 23rd.
