Xavier Hemingway put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in May of 2024 on Monday. As a matter of fact, he turned in his biggest game of the season, striking out five batters over six innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one earned run any time he's pitched this season.
