West Bladen won the last time they faced Fairmont and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Knights blew past the Golden Tornadoes 3-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Knights.

West Bladen walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the second set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-14, 26-24.

Fairmont lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Layla Hunt, who had 15 assists and four aces. Jerrian Taylor was another key player, getting 14 digs.

West Bladen's win bumped their record up to 12-2. As for Fairmont, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-13 record this season.

West Bladen wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Red Springs on the 2nd. As for Fairmont, they have also already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against East Columbus on the 1st.
