Baseball Recap: Moon Valley Comes Up Short

Moon Valley lost against Dysart back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Rockets came up short against the Demons, falling 12-2. The Rockets just can't catch a break and have now endured 12 losses in a row.

Moon Valley saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Crystian Norstrom, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Moon Valley's record is now 3-13. As for Dysart, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 6-8.

Coming up, Moon Valley will head out on the road to face off against Agua Fria at 3:45 p.m. on Monday. The Owls have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 11.44 runs per game on average), something the Rockets will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Dysart, they will host Coronado at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. The Dons have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 16.43 runs per game on average), something the Demons will no doubt try to take advantage of.
