Softball Recap: Ringgold Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Ringgold's offense. They lost 15-0 to the Glenbrook Apaches on Tuesday. The loss continues a trend for the Redskins in their meetings with the Apaches: they've now lost three in a row.

Ringgold's record now sits at 0-4. As for Glenbrook, they pushed their record up to 9-3 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Ringgold will venture away from home to challenge Lakeview at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Gators have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 15.4 runs per game on average), something the Redskins will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Glenbrook, they are taking a road trip to square off against Choudrant at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
