Football Recap: Kellenberg Memorial Triumphs

Kellenberg Memorial's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They snuck past the St. John the Baptist Cougars with a 14-10 victory. The win continues a trend for the Firebirds in their matchups with the Cougars: they've now won six in a row.

Brendan Barkley had an outrageously good game as he rushed for 101 yards and a pair of touchdowns.

Despite the loss, St. John the Baptist had strong showings from Kalen Percer-Hogue, who gained 225 total yards and a touchdown, and Maurice Scott, who rushed for 105 yards on only 14 carries.
