Baseball Game Preview: Siren Dragons vs. Webster Tigers

For the second straight game, Siren will face off against Webster. The Dragons will be playing in front of their home fans against the Tigers at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.

Siren's pitching crew heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-0 win over Webster. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Dragons as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Not much got past Parker Fingerson, who gave up just four hits and racked up seven Ks to keep Webster off the board.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Evan Hunter, who got on base in all three of his plate appearances with two stolen bases and one RBI. He has been hot recently, having posted two or more stolen bases the last three times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Cory Nerby, who went 1-for-4 with three stolen bases, one run, and one RBI.

Siren's win bumped their record up to 2-6. As for Webster, they dropped their record down to 5-6 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road.
