Softball Recap: Hampton Comes Up Short

Hampton fell victim to Kecoughtan and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They lost 14-0 to the Warriors. The Crabbers just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Hampton's loss dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Kecoughtan, the victory (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 10-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hampton will square off against Phoebus at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Kecoughtan, they will challenge Hickory at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
