Volleyball Recap: Cathedral City's Victory on Friday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Cathedral City had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. Everything went their way against the Coachella Valley Mighty Arabs as they made off with a 3-0 win. The Lions have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Mighty Arabs, too.

Cathedral City pushed their record up to 7-6 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Coachella Valley, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Cathedral City will take on rival Desert Hot Springs at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Coachella Valley is set to face off against their familiar foe Desert Mirage at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
