Eads's game on Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the South Baca [Campo/Vilas/Pritchett] Patriots. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Patriots recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

While Eads won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-15, 27-25.

Anna Wollert paced Eads' offense, picking up 14 kills. Wollert got some help from Aspen Nelson and her 22 assists. Wollert was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Eads' victory bumped their record up to 7-2. As for South Baca [Campo/Vilas/Pritchett], they moved to 6-4 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak.
