River has gone 8-2 against Frontier recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Pilots will welcome the Cougars at 5:00 p.m. River will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

River's pitching crew heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. Everything went their way against Valley as they made off with a 16-0 win. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Pilots considering their two-run performance the game before.

Meanwhile, Frontier didn't have quite enough to beat Bridgeport on Thursday and fell 9-7. The Cougars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

River's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Frontier, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.

River got the 'W' in their previous meeting back in April of 2025 against Frontier by a conclusive 14-2 score. Will the Pilots repeat their success, or do the Cougars have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
