Volleyball Recap: Hamilton County Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Hamilton County lost against Saint Francis Catholic Academy back in August, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Trojans came up short against the Wolves, falling 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-10, 25-9.

It was another big night for Morgan Ritten, who had 18 aces and five digs for Saint Francis Catholic Academy. Those 18 aces gave Ritten a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Gabrielle Rosado, who had eight aces and three digs.

Hamilton County's loss was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Saint Francis Catholic Academy, their record now sits at 6-1.

Hamilton County didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Fort White on the 18th. After both having extra time off, Saint Francis Catholic Academy and Countryside Christian will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
