Moriah came out on top against Northeastern Clinton on Monday thanks in part to the team's impressive four-run third inning. The Vikings walked away with a 5-2 victory over the Cougars. The Vikings have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Cougars, too.

Moriah is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 6-7 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.8 runs on average over those games. As for Northeastern Clinton, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-9-1.
