The Aitkin Gobblers got the win against the Mille Lacs co-op [Isle/Onamia] Huskies on Friday by a conclusive 10-4. The Gobblers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six contests by six runs or more this season.

Drew Paulbeck was a standout: he went 4-for-5 with three RBI, two runs, and one stolen base. Another player making a difference was Cole Trotter, who went 4-for-5 with two runs, one triple, and one RBI.

The win made it two in a row for Aitkin and bumps their season record up to 6-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.0 runs over those games. As for Mille Lacs co-op [Isle/Onamia], their defeat dropped their record down to 6-4.
