Softball Recap: Clearfield Bison vs. DuBois Beavers        
        
		
            
 There's no place like home for Clearfield, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  on Wednesday. They walked away with  an   8-5  victory over the DuBois Beavers  on Thursday. This was payback for Clearfield, who suffered  a  4-0  defeat the last time these two teams met.
  Megan Wisor spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned  (and two unearned) runs on nine hits.
 On the hitting side,  the team  relied heavily on  Alexus Green, who  went 2-for-3 with a  home run, three  runs,  and two  RBI.  Madi McBride was another key contributor,  going 3-for-4 with a  stolen base and  an  RBI.
 Clearfield pushed their record up to 9-11 with that  win, which was their fifth straight  at home. As for DuBois,  this is  the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 10-8.
 As of now, neither Clearfield nor DuBois have any future games scheduled.
