Softball Recap: Daphne Takes a Loss

Daphne was the 2-1 winner over Baldwin County when they last played one another back in March, but their luck changed this time around. The Trojans fell just short of the Tigers by a score of 2-1 on Saturday. That's two games in a row now that the Trojans have lost by just one run.

Daphne's loss dropped their record down to 26-5. As for Baldwin County, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 17-10.

Looking ahead, Daphne will be playing in front of their home fans against Robertsdale at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Baldwin County, they have already played their next match, a 7-2 defeat against Spanish Fort on the 5th.
