Baseball Recap: Canton Tigers vs. Greenville Hornets

After flying high against Holmes County Central last Tuesday, Canton came back down to earth. The Canton Tigers fell 14-11 to the Greenville Hornets on Thursday. The Tigers haven't had much luck with the Hornets recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Tristian Carpenter was huge while hitting and pitching even without the win. He struck out nine batters over five innings while giving up just two earned (and seven unearned) runs off four hits.
