Marshfield came out on top against Junction City on Friday thanks in part to Hadyn Widdicombe's efforts. Widdicombe picked up 65 receiving yards and one score, and also rushed for 31 yards. The performance marked the most receiving yards he has had since back in October of 2024.

Widdicombe and Marshfield will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Mazama at 7:00 p.m. on October 3.
