Volleyball Recap: Oak Creek Triumphs

Oak Creek won the last time they faced Manitowoc Lutheran and things went their way on Saturday too. The Knights walked away with a 2-0 win over the Lancers. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Knights.

Isa Ruether paced Oak Creek's offense, picking up seven kills. Ruether got some help from Julia Schneider and her 12 assists. Kendall Frei controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Oak Creek's record is now 9-5. As for Manitowoc Lutheran, the loss snapped their winning streak at five games and leaves them with a 6-3 record.

Oak Creek didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Shoreland Lutheran on the 6th. As for Manitowoc Lutheran, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Oconomowoc on the 6th.
