Drumright has gone a perfect 7-0 against Olive recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. Drumright will be playing in front of their home fans against Olive at 6:15 p.m. Drumright has a tough task ahead: they'll enter the game with three straight defeats, while Olive will come in with five straight wins.

Drumright came up short against Regent Prep on Tuesday, falling 15-5.

Gavin Brimmer was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of Austin Dinwiddie, who went 1-for-2 with two RBI.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Olive). Everything went their way against Carney two weeks ago as Olive made off with an 18-10 victory. Considering the Wildcats have won six contests by more than seven runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Olive's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-4. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.3 runs on average over those games. As for Drumright, their loss dropped their record down to 2-7.

Drumright took their win against Olive when the teams last played back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 17-7. Does Drumright have another victory up their sleeve, or will Olive turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
