Football Game Preview: All Saints Central Cougars vs. Potterville Vikings

The All Saints Central Cougars will take on the Potterville Vikings at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. All Saints Central has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 212 points over their last three contests.

On Friday, All Saints Central blew past North Huron, posting a 72-8 win. The victory continues a trend for the Cougars in their matchups with the Warriors: they've now won four in a row.

All Saints Central's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Bo Williams, who rushed for 132 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only seven carries, and also picked up 46 receiving yards and one score. Jack Wetters was another key player, rushing for 88 yards and one TD on only five carries.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: All Saints Central was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 301 rushing yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as North Huron only rushed for 167.

Potterville played against St. Patrick on Saturday and lost via forfeit.

All Saints Central's victory bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Potterville, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-5.
